About Us

With over 9 years in the building inspection industry, Stephenie was the only female inspector in her area of South Texas for almost 9 years.  Only recently has she been joined by female counterparts.  Being the "Underdog" in the industry, she often faced doubt from colleagues and consumers, pushback from other industry professionals, and criticism of her inspection procedure from those who felt inspections are a "Man's World"

InspectHER evolved from Stephenie's passion of the industry and hearing other passional inspection females face challenges similar to Stephenie's.  Through InspectHER, the goal is to empower and arm fellow female building inspectors to strive and thrive in the industry.

Services offered through InspectHER include business consulting, mentoring (Including inspection ride-alongs) and education.
