Knowing that females often struggle to gain a foothold in the industry, Stephenie offers mentoring to felow females in the building inspection industry. 

Mentoring opprotunties include ride-along inspections, report review, and inspection processes and procedure implementation to ensure business success.

With over 25 years of business ownership, Stephenie has extensive knowledge of running a small business.  Stephenie shares this expereince with fellow female inspectors to help manage and control their business.

Business consulting services include inspection cost/pricing evaluation, marketing and budgeting.

Stephenie is an Education Provider through Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC #10681).  She has developed several courses for the inspection industry to offer continuing education.

Stephenie is also available to offer one-on-one educational sessions to assist in further expanding your inspector knowledge base.
